Now I have been taking a Web
Development class this year and in fact that is where the layout for
the Epic Zone came from. I learned a shit load so far in that class
and I have managed to learn Dreamweaver like the back of my hand. Hell
I love the program and I use it now for everything.
Well like I said, I am finished
learning Dreamweaver because I know all there is to learn about it so
it's time to move on to the next part of the class which centers itself
on Macromedias Fireworks program. Considering I am such an adventurous
person I was very eager to learn about fireworks and use it towards
my website so I could deliver some cool shit to you guys.
Well you guys are shit out
of luck because Fireworks is a piece of shit. Never in my life have
I had such trouble with a program. The worst part is that I'm doing
it exactly that way it says to in the books and the piece of shit still
doesn't work properly. I spent almost one whole class getting a rollover
to work so you could see text on a mouse rollover. I made this nifty
little rollover in Dreamweaver using the knowlege I have. This is something
I can't seem to do in fireworks, which is ironically made for this kind
of shit.
That is why I think Fireworks
is a piece of shit. I would stick with Photoshop any day of the week.
At least than I can create some kick ass stuff without breaking my fucking
mouse off the wall. Macromedia can take Fireworks and shove it.
